Installation: Special impedance matching resistor of automobile LED turn signal, high-power resistor of aluminum housing, both ends of the resistor are connected in parallel to the positive and negative poles of the LED turn signal power line respectively

 

It's completely normal for the inline resistor to get very hot when in use, especially with LED kits. The resistor is designed to handle high temperatures and dissipate the excess energy as heat. Further, LED Load resistors must be mounted on a metal surface, as the resistor can reach temperatures of up to 170 Celsius. Please ensure that it's positioned away from any sensitive components or materials and securely mounted to a metal surface to ensure proper heat dissipation.
